Exclusive Iron-Ons from The-N Check here every so often for the latest in DIY fashions. All you need is an iron — and a dream.

Hey, want to be the envy of all your friends? Well, here's a start. (Of course a real friend would forward this link to their buds so they too could make their own shirts, we're just sayin'.) It's as easy as this...

Having problems? Try this...

Instructions:

1 - Purchase  iron-on paper from any store that has a computer supply stuff section.

2 - Download the graphic(s) you want to your computer. You'll need to have a PDF viewer. You can download a free one here:

3 - Now print the images onto your iron-on paper (You should do a test print on regular paper first, just to be safe and not waste the iron-on paper). The image will be reversed. Fear not, this is correct. (After all, when you iron it on to something you want it to face the right way, dontcha?)

4 - Cut away the excess paper surrounding your image.  But don't cut too close since you'll need to leave a little peeling room -- about an inch or two.

5 - Follow the instructions that came with your particular iron-on paper. Remember: If you're making a two-sided tee (a la the Flaming Craig Head), be sure to have something heat-proof between the front and back of the shirt (an ironing board would do it) when you apply your transfers. (Otherwise you'll have one mess of a shirt!) Another thing to note: These designs work best on a white or light-colored background, as any white areas of the graphics will print out transparent.

6 - And -- keep checking the-n.com for new graphics!

Still Having Problems?

Having problems seeing the graphic? Try saving the file to the hard drive and then opening it. You can do this by either right-clicking on the "DOWNLOAD" icon and choosing "Save target as...", or by clicking the disk icon within Acrobat, once the pdf is opened.
