While a friend is out of town, you end up making out with that friend's BF/GF at a party. What do you say when the friend hears about it and confronts you?

"Are you mad at me about that? I didn't realize you guys were that serious."
"He/she was just joking around in the context of the party. Why are you overreacting?"
"I'm so sorry. It was a moment of total stupidity, and I'll understand if you never forgive me."
"I had a bad feeling about your relationship, so I figured I'd test how strong it is. You should thank me for proving what a loser he/she is."

Your coworker called in sick last night, but you saw photos on his blog from a big rock show a few hours away. Tonight at work, your boss says, "Oh, I hope he's feeling better." You say?

"Yeah, right! Oh, I mean? me, too."
"Why don't you check his blog? Maybe he posted something about his illness."
"Oh, did he get sick after the concert? I bet that long drive was exhausting."
"Yeah, it really sucks that he was sick, because his favorite band played a show last night."

Your best friend wants to be prom queen, but she's getting a big head about it, and you think she needs to be taken down a notch. Your secret plan is to:

launch a "vote for the worst" campaign that urges people to give the crown to some loser. That way, even if she wins, it'll still be an insult.
spread gossip about what a selfish bitch she's becoming.
print up some speech bubble stickers that say "I'm a loser," and vandalize her campaign posters.
"forget" to cast a ballot. Well, it's not so much a plan. I'm just forgetful.

Your brother or sister is sneaking out his/her bedroom window several nights a week, and your parents have no idea. You'll probably:

keep quiet for now, but consider it VERY useful information.
mention it to my parents out of concern. I mean, who knows what kind of trouble he/she could get into if I'm not looking out?
lock the window some night when he/she's getting on my nerves. Busted!
ask "Where'd you go last night, Sneaky McSneakpants?" and then realize my parents overheard.

You go to an amusement park with a group of friends, and record a video as they ride the rollercoaster. You zoom in at the very moment when your friend vomits all over. What are you going to do with the video?

Post it online. It's too funny not to share.
Promise to erase it, but I sometimes cross my fingers when I make promises like that.
Try to erase it, but there's a chance I might hit the wrong key and email it to someone.
Show it to everyone, so they can feel bad for him/her, too. Our friend needs all of our support right now!

You're talking about how someone really bugs you, and? speak of the devil! That person walks up. You have no idea if he/she overheard or not. What do you say?

"Oh, I've just been warning everyone about how you're in a bad mood today."
"Sorry, I'm having a bad day. I don't know what came over me just now."
"Aww, there you are! You are the awesomest person I know."
"Uh?did you hear what I just said?"

A very competitive friend asks for your advice on a potential tattoo. The truth is, it's a hideous design and will probably look terrible. You say:

"I've never seen anything like it."
"Want me to come with you so you won't chicken out?"
"Wow, that design is so YOU. Have you considered getting it even bigger?"
"That's amazing." (I'll tell everyone else how I really feel after it's done.)

After you do something cruel behind a friend's back, how do you usually feel?

Hey, it wasn't cruel. That person totally deserved it, and I'm proud of what I did.
Determined. I've got to make sure nobody finds out.
Really ashamed.
Like a total moron. It's not like I did it on purpose.

You hear a terrible rumor about a good friend, and you're 95% sure it's false. Do you repeat it?

Only if I'm trying to teach that person a lesson.
Only if I'm angry at him/her, and I get caught up in the moment.
Maybe, just to clear up that other 5% of doubt.
No! Well.. maybe. I'm bad at keeping my mouth shut.
